  • All remaining balances must be paid on or prior to delivery
  • Payment can only be made by cash or cheque
  • All deposits are non-returnable should you cancel part or all of your order
  • As everything is handcrafted please be aware that there may be slight variations in your order
  • Should you require any further stationery once an your first order has been agreed and completed, this will be treated as a seperate order and will require a deposit. However we will waiver the £50 set-up charge as the design work will have already been done.
